Nak cite skit kenapa lama baru dapat buat blog nie bukan alasan tapi banyak sgt aral yg melintang, diantaranya saya kena gi kursus, tak ada masa btol-btol free nak update (sibuk baca blog orang jer), yang paling telus sekali broadband celcom yang aku start pakai April 2008 nie slow ngalahkan kura-kura. Bayar tak penah lambat tapi connection hampeh. Last 2 weeks tak boleh guna langsung (refer imej di bawah). Try connect jer tubik lah message ni.. geram btol aku.
Selasa 13 Jun 2009, 11:00am call celcom helpline, cerita punya cerita dia suruh change port usb yang lain & dia akan cuba reset network connection through my broadband on his side. Tanya plak saya kat mana, ckp lah kat ofis (Menara TH Selborn-nearby Celcom HQ) tapi biasa guna kat umah jer broadband nie. Adake patut dia suruh saya tunggu 3 jam baru dapat surf. Kepala otak dia berjambul.. klu la aku ni tak ada pengalaman kerje customer service (CS) mau jer aku menjerit tak puas hati kat mamat tu. Tak per kita tunggu dan lihat jer. Call tamat around 11:15am.
Kul 2:15pm after 3 hours of patiently waiting, message serupa keluar lagi, hangin dah nie... ok call lagi celcom. Mamat nie ada ascend sabah skit (org sekampung.. hehehe) full of product knowledge, very patient & express the real attitude as a customer service representative. Tapi sebab nak kena masuk meeting call tu saya pendekkan jer.
Dah kul 5pm lbh nie connection still fail, this was the 3rd time aku call celcom. Suara perempuan la, greeting dia sekali nafas jer nama pun tak dengar. Nie klu kat AMEX Daily Call Capture for sure rating dapat G5 bila time feedback & coaching sakit kena bambu dgn Team Leader. What can I say about local company they dont give a damn about QUALITY (my personal opinion though) So sad...
OK back to that CS lady, she ask me to do everthing all again yang previous CS dah suruh & she added that I have to keep on trying & if same probs still occur then give them a call back.. sikit-sikit call back aku keje kat AMEX klu offer call back it shows that you are not capable to handle simple call & there is no 1st contact resolution apply. It will cause a repeted call which is true... I have to call them 3 times in a day. Ok lah malas nak argue aku bukan Singaporean yg fussynya ngalahkan anak raja.
Finish the call aku pun balik rumah cepat2. Sampai kat umah aku pun try connect bb celcom yang tak berapa laju tu... Alhamdulillah... Berjaya gak aku surf. Berkat sabar walapun dah 2 minggu tak guna.
Moral of the story habis jer contract this coming April 2010. I will change to P1 W1 MAX, bukan tak nak sokong local product tp with this kind of experience furthermore its not even value for my money. What a waste..
