Upgrade GOV (GOM) tiket MAS from

I went to KL Central MAS Sales Office to Upgrade my GOV (GOM) tiket MAS from Y (Economy) class to D (1st @ Bussines) class.

I came a bit to late cause I will be flying tomorrow & all 16 1st class seats are fully booked. it wasnt my fault though, It was the lausy Bahagian Kewanagn in MIDEF yg lembab buat kerja or CC aku dkt tgkt 18 di MINDEF tu yg hantar borang aku lambat.

I've send the form by hand on 5.4.2012 tapi tiket hanya dapat 17.4.2012 itu pon on my own initiative keep calling them asking on my ticket status. Kakitangan kerajaan ni kena ketuk dulu baru bergerak.. bilalah nak berubah. Hehehe aku pon keje gomen gak tp tak der la lembab mcm siput.

Just like HKL, MAS office pon kena ambil no juga. Hmmm byk kategorinya but I choose Economy Class. Ok once my turn - counter 15 hilang plak staff MAS nie. Lari ker?? Counter sblh kata g pejabat jap. Dah tau nak masuk opis jgn la pggl no aku. Buat aku tercongok sorang2 kat counter 15 tu.

Honestly the staff was not very helpful, not sure maybe he scared or what to reply my question as I notice his English was a bit Manglish (Malay + English) kind of slang. I wasnt underestime him but I used to work as waitress in Genting Hotel & Premium Consultant in AMEX , smile & being helpful is a MUST compare on how ur slang's sound is. I can't help it, my previous employment history keep me demanding on an excellent customer service because I do treat my customer in a very polite & excellent manners. Lucky u bussy cause I don't have a mood to lodge a complaint.

He took sometimes to dig some info on my booking flight once I pass my e-ticket copy, clearly I notice he was new here. I can confirm that cause he went to a senior counter lady seeking for some answer & confirmation. I was like that when I work in AMEX. He come back to his counter & what he told me was there is no available 1st @ Business class during my Flight tomorrow..

Auchh.. what a disappointment after come all the way to Kl Central & this is what I've got.. Reason being was all seats are fully booked & only 2 seats left for the economy class .

WOW!! Tomorow flights gonna be damn crowded. Luckily it was not school holiday, I get traumatize flying with kids. They maybe just kids but kicking my seats during the entire flight (almost 3 hours) is not an amused kind of experience you wanna have in ur diary. It will distract you from taking a good nap. Best way is by asked the check-in counter personnel to place me at the end of the aircraft but near the window. End of story... well it does work. I sleep like a baby during the 3 hours flight's.. hehehe

Just FYI upgrading Flight ticket class have to be done only over the counter not by phone. What a hassle rite.

The only available 1st class seats was on 9.30 am flights.. Damn.. I try to avoid the traffic cause people are going to work & how am I going find a taxi 6am in the morning that willing to go KL to Sentral.

OK then KL - KK - upgrade cancel. So was KK - TWU.. huhuhu

The only reason I want to upgrade was to enjoy all the benefits such as nice meal & service in flight, access to Golden Lounge in KLIA & KKIA cause I hv kill those 1 hour transit & Asar time in KK was on 3.29. Exactly 1 minute before my flight schedule to landing. I can perform my Jamak & Qasar pray at peace in the lounge & enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view. Well I guess it's all not going to happen Fitri... Face it!!

I only manage to upgrade my return ticket on 27.4.2012 & it cost me RM709 (difference fare). It cost a lot of money but I do deserved some pampered after all the sickness & stress I get.... because I'm worth it...

Just cant wait to going home.

Balik Kampung

It's been so long I've not going back hometown visits my dearest family. I supposed going back hometown last year during school holiday. Cuti panjang tu saper tak nak balik, dari Krismas sampai lah ke Chinese New Year. Rancang punya baik tapi Bahagian Kewangan MINDEF plak kata tiket kapal dah habis. Reason it was during school holiday + public holiday. Tension dgr alasan tu, off course la holiday season and that is the reason I want to go home.

Sudahnya kena tangguh ke Januari plak. Nak dipendekkan cerita Korean Language Class Level 2B start early that I've expected which is 20th January 2012 - 30th March 2012. Oh lord.. My grandma will be so upset if she knew this & YES she does, keep asking my aunt when will I'll be home... That's really hurt.

3 weeks before my Hangul Class ended I got sore throat with no flu & fever. Weired though.. I thought this kind of sickness come in a whole package... hehehehe.

Never though of this sore throat dragging almost 1 month long... I'm making a history here.

Finally 18th April 2012 which is tomorrow I will be flying back to my beloved hometown. Just show my original e-ticket.

White Day (Korea) - Every 14 March

I totally forgot that today is The White Day, during my Level 2 Hangul class (Unit 8) lecture by Miss Tiara. She told in the class about some sort of day's that they used to celebrate.

Here are some of the list:-
1. 14 February - Valentine Day
2. 14 March - White Day
3. 14 April - Black Day 블랙 데이ᅦ (for single )
4. 5 May - Children Day 어린이날 (receive money from parents)
5. 8 May - Parents Day (Give carnation to parents)
6. 15 May - Teacher's Day 스승의날
7. 16 May - Adult Day 성년의날
8. 21 May - Husband & Wife day 부부 의날
9. 11 November 빼빼루 (Pepero - exchanged Pepero sticks as gifts to wish one another to grow "as tall and slender as a Pepero" )

White Day usually celebrate in Japan & South Korea. The day that men in turn, return their love (if there's any) paying back to women who have given them chocolate on Valentine's Day (February 14) with usually a candy instead of chocolate.

However to those who don't get any gifts on either dates which apparently a single, are supposed to eat jajangmyeon (white Korean noodles with black bean sauce - Black Noodles) together on April 14th known as Black Day, is the day for the those who are still yet to meet their other half. It's like celebrating their singledom.

Well that culture only apply in South Korea. There is no harm to follow & celebrate as long as it is legal & does not violate the bounds of religion.

Hachikō

Watch Hachi: A Dog's Tale stars by Richard Gere, Joan Allen and Sarah Roemer. The original version was "Hachikô monogatari (Hachi-ko) (1987)"
Based on true story from Japan. Indeed this film does touch my heart even though I do dislike dog's to be exact I'm scared of dog but at the same time admiring for their loyalty.

Since then I start google seeking for more detail once found, It's really made me weep. I can't resist my tears. They're just falling out from my eyes even I don't want to. Just to imagine how his patient & faithful for almost 9 years of waiting for his deceased owner at Shibuya Train station until god take him. My tears just flowing unstoppable now... huhuhu

Lets dig more about this wonderful Hachikō an Akita Inu breed.

Hachikō (ハチ公?, November 10, 1923 – March 8, 1935.
In Japanese as chūken Hachikō (忠犬ハチ公 "faithful dog Hachikō"
Hachi meaning 'eight', a number referring to the dog's birth order in the litter, and 'kō', meaning prince or duke), was an Akita dog born on a farm near the city of Ōdate, Akita Prefecture
He remembered for his remarkable loyalty to his owner, even many years after his owner's death.

I just can't do it..
